• Personal and professional customer consulting for the sales area of industrial packaging and the service area for the return of industrial packaging (recycling) • Identify prospective customers and establish new business relationships within the defined postal-code area, as well as acquire new suppliers of used packaging (IBCs, drums, canisters) • Conduct technical consultation meetings and present products and services to customers • Responsible coordination of the processing and response to customer complaints • Support with customer-specific administration • Contribute to the planning of sales figures for the assigned postal-code area • Collaborate with inside sales, field colleagues, other departments and sales management • Prepare statistics and analyses for sales management
• Completed commercial vocational training, a completed business degree or comparable qualification • Ideally sales experience in an industrial environment • Technical understanding for products that require explanation • Resilience, strong communication skills, reliability, self-motivation and initiative • Good written and spoken English • MS Office and SAP / CRM / BW knowledge would be desirable
