📋 Description
• Support the Accounts Receivable team • Record customer payments accurately and promptly • Match payments to outstanding invoices • Research and collaborate with internal colleagues on payment discrepancies, short payments, overpayments, deductions, and missing remittance details • Enter payments into the accounting system
🎯 Requirements
• Part-time accounting intern • Ideal position for an Accounting or Finance major • Highly motivated with a desire to learn • Attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Available for ideal morning hours, Monday–Friday • Available to work 25–30 hours per week
