📋 Description

• Design, connect, and automate the chain of systems for broadband, VoIP, or IPTV services • Build and maintain the connections between systems (APIs, webhooks, middleware, scripts) • Automate provisioning, activation, and billing workflows for services • Troubleshoot system-level issues and ensure data integrity across platforms • Collaborate with other teams on workflow design, release planning, and documentation • Use modern AI tools to enhance scripting and troubleshooting • Keep documentation current — workflows, data models, and change logs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working with BSS/OSS platforms in a telecom or ISP environment • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM, billing, and BI/analytics platforms • Intermediate-to-expert scripting: Python, Bash, SQL, and REST APIs • Solid grasp of data flows and ETL • Familiarity with broadband/telecom service provisioning systems • Working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals: DHCP, RADIUS, DNS • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills • Comfortable working across departments and balancing competing priorities • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
