📋 Description

• Ensure all associates embrace the Sciens safety culture and comply with all safety initiatives • Identify current Sciens Service Suite (S3) execution capabilities by division • Identify capability gaps and work with division management to create and implement action plans to achieve full S3 capabilities • Ensure division associates receive the correct level of training to perform successfully in their roles • Assist divisions in communicating with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to execute plans, programs, and processes • Report progress of S3 execution capabilities by division to the senior executive team • Take corrective action as needed • Drive a high-performance culture at the division level • Assist with manpower planning and allocation for assigned divisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience in an operations manager role within the fire alarm, fire protection, and security industry, or a combination • Ability to effectively communicate with company leadership, regional staff, customers, and vendors • Strong team-building and leadership ability • Knowledge of current fire alarm, fire protection, and security systems • Strong understanding of profit and loss statements and key financial drivers • Ability to travel up to 50% or as needed
