📋 Description

• Meet with clients to discuss specifications and project requirements • Work with clients and vendors to determine project options • Facilitate meetings with key client personnel • Complete gap analyses to define system setup requirements • Provide consulting and guidance on approaches to meet business requirements • Communicate between technical groups at client and vendor locations • Data map technical files between systems • Execute project plans with client staff and vendors • Ensure technical tasks are completed accurately and on time • Identify and report outstanding issues to the assigned project manager • Assist with issue resolution • Ensure quality throughout the implementation process • Communicate technical implementation requirements with third-party vendors and internal project support teams • Validate system parameters and conduct testing • Modify program parameters when necessary • Provide technical support during design, development, and implementation phases • Provide extended-hour post-implementation support • Provide occasional on-site support as needed • Follow change control and change management processes • Develop working relationships with clients, internal business partners, and project team members • Identify improvements to departmental processes • Complete tasks associated with various department projects • Provide after-hours on-call support for project installations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of experience and education required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Three years of related experience in the payment processing industry required • Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services, and processes required • Current Velera contractor resource in the same or equivalent position may qualify while performing all job requirements • Ability to consult on business and technical requirements • Ability to provide technical leadership for assigned implementations • Ability to coordinate operational implementation of technical deliverables • Ability to perform gap analysis and define system setup requirements • Ability to understand client business requirements • Ability to communicate between technical groups at client and vendor locations • Ability to data map technical files between systems • Ability to validate system parameters and conduct testing • Ability to follow change control and change management processes • Ability to provide after-hours/on-call and occasional on-site project support • This role is currently not eligible for sponsorship
