📋 Description

• Own headquarters call for a diverse portfolio of direct retailers, independent retailers, and East Coast wholesalers • Build customer relationships and partnerships to drive sales, market share, and profit growth • Achieve annual SC Johnson business objectives across Home Storage, Air Care, Home Cleaning, and Pest Control • Lead supply chain and merchandising headquarters call at C&S Wholesale in Keene, New Hampshire • Provide strategic direction to broker partners across assigned customers • Lead customer negotiations, business reviews, and strategic customer discussions • Develop preferred vendor agreements and wholesaler contracts • Develop customer strategies and business plans • Identify growth opportunities • Align broker partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams around priorities • Drive decisions that strengthen customer relationships and business performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant business experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and Sales Account Management experience strongly preferred • Prior experience working with an East Coast wholesaler, broker, and/or retail sales team • Experience owning and managing a trade spend budget or other financial measures • Experience leading annual vendor agreement and/or customer contract negotiations • Experience leading joint business planning and business reviews • Experience developing customer-specific sales plans • Experience leading cross-functional and external partners • Experience with sales forecasting • New York or New Jersey preferred • Must be located within reasonable travel distance of key customer headquarters • Open to relocation for future career opportunities after approximately two to three years
