📋 Description

• Handle appointment scheduling and support customers with inquiries or concerns • Answer inbound customer calls professionally • Schedule appointments and update customer accounts • Provide clear information and handle questions with patience and empathy • Meet call quality and productivity goals • Work independently in a quiet home office • Adapt quickly to changes in systems and procedures • Work evening hours and Saturdays

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication & active listening • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills • Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy • Reliable, distraction-free home office and high-speed internet • Responsible, self-directed, and able to work independently • Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays • Previous call center/customer service experience preferred • High school diploma or equivalent • 40 hours a week
