📋 Description

• Own the technical layer of Scribe's largest and most strategic deals from discovery through close • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success teams • Run tailored Scribe Optimize demos and lead proof-of-concept planning • Design proofs of concept connecting Workflow AI capabilities to measurable customer outcomes • Understand prospect business challenges and build ROI narratives using customer workflow data • Drive technical validation and security workstreams in strategic deal cycles • Build credibility with technical stakeholders, earn champions, and remove technical roadblocks • Bring customer feedback and evidence to the Product team • Create repeatable pre-sales assets and playbooks • Maintain deep knowledge of Scribe's platform and serve as a technical reference for the go-to-market team • Help define how Scribe wins and delivers Scribe Optimize for strategic enterprise organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or a comparable pre-sales technical role at a high-growth SaaS company • Experience working deal cycles with complex named Strategic Accounts • Strong AI fluency, including large language models, LLM architecture, prompt design, model behavior, and AI output quality • Ability to translate customer requirements into technical context for AI/ML Engineering teams • Ability to understand and articulate Scribe's Workflow AI technical framework • Deep understanding of enterprise workflows and operational processes • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP • Ability to build business cases, validate assumptions, and quantify customer impact • Nice to have: experience with process mining, workflow intelligence, or operational analytics tools • Nice to have: experience inside an AI/ML product team or deploying AI-powered products in an enterprise context • Nice to have: founding or first-of-its-kind role at a high-growth SaaS company • Nice to have: familiarity with enterprise AI security reviews, model governance frameworks, or responsible AI practices • Must be based permanently in a major U.S. city • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time • SF candidates work hybrid from the SOMA office 2–3 days per week
