📋 Description

• Conduct technical reviews of audit reports to verify conformity with applicable standards, accreditation requirements, and ISO 19011:2018 auditing principles • Conduct third-party audits assessing compliance with B Lab Standards • Conduct interviews and perform site inspections when necessary • Review organizational documentation, processes, and practices • Complete audits according to agreed timelines, reporting deliverables, and professional requirements • Provide clear, actionable recommendations and issue audit reports • Support documentation, communication, and closure of audit findings • Support identification of non-conformities and areas for improvement • Participate in audit planning, execution, follow-up, calibration, witness audits, and ongoing training • Maintain impartiality and confidentiality throughout the audit lifecycle • Direct audit processes with clients and ensure clients provide necessary data and information • Communicate professionally with internal staff and external clients • Deliver verification services in accordance with SCS Global Services Corporate and Program Quality requirements • Participate in accreditation activities and maintain competency records, training logs, calibration activities, and current knowledge of program and scheme requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g., sustainability, environmental science, social sciences) • 2+ years of professional experience in sustainability, social, or related fields • Experience conducting audits of sustainability and/or management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 1400, ISO 45001, or RSPO • Knowledge or experience in ISO 14001:2015 or similar, environmental/human rights/labor laws, or GHG accounting standards • Excellent technical writing, observation, and data management skills • Strong communication abilities with demonstrated abilities in critical analysis and objective evaluation • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • High ethical standards and professional integrity • Fluent in English with professional experience in verbal and written communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced level in Excel • Initiative and ability to work independently; responsive and adaptive to diverse team environment • Successful completion and exam pass of mandatory B Lab training courses
