📋 Description

• Optimize performance through technology and maximize Capacity Management goals • Analyze trends, volumes, issues, and patterns • Develop models, forecasts, and recommendations to anticipate future demand • Assist with the design and implementation of Epic decision trees and provider templates • Collaborate with key stakeholders, end users, and project team members across assessment, design build, testing, training, and implementation • Identify and resolve issues regarding assigned projects • Provide reports, assessments, and information to Capacity Management Leadership • Provide leadership on project tasks and mentor other project analysts as appropriate • Provide ongoing support of Capacity Management systems for production operations

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Cadence Certification Required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of five (5) years total experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis environment; three of the five years must be in a healthcare analysis environment • Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies • Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities • Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline • Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems • Epic Cadence Certified
