📋 Description

• Run Net Interest Income (NII) sensitivity and Net Economic Value (NEV) simulations • Update and document behavioral assumptions, including deposit decay rates, surge deposit behavior, and loan prepayment speeds • Prepare liquidity stress testing, cash-flow analysis, and contingency funding reports • Prepare funds transfer pricing, profitability, and balance sheet analyses • Monitor net interest margin, balance sheet trends, market conditions, and forecast variances • Prepare recurring ALM reports and maintain supporting data, files, and documentation • Review source data, model inputs, reconciliations, and outputs for completeness and accuracy • Support treasury operations through daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, funding analysis, and liquidity monitoring • Complete transaction settlement activities and resolve settlement exceptions • Support investment purchases and sales, including trade coordination, recordkeeping, controls, and investment-income validation • Manage collateral pledging activities and ensure sufficient collateral coverage • Prepare ALCO materials, management reports, dashboards, variance analyses, and supporting schedules • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Lending, Deposits, Risk, Internal Audit, Regulatory Affairs, and Technology • Assist with audits, examinations, ALM models, scenario analyses, and testing of ALM tools and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in Treasury or ALM at a bank or credit union treasury • Strong understanding of balance sheet dynamics, fixed income concepts, funding strategies, deposit behavior, loan prepayment behavior, and macroeconomic drivers • Advanced Excel skills are required • Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, validate results, and translate analysis into actionable reporting • Ability to communicate information, thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and in an organized manner • Ability to troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns when appropriate • Understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and ethical behavior • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
