📋 Description

• Follow Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directions • Provide technical expertise, strategic guidance, and hands-on support for client cloud security solutions and integrations • Serve as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, engineering, and technical support • Assess customer environments, business requirements, and security roadmaps • Develop and recommend cloud security strategies and solutions • Configure, deploy, manage, and maintain cloud security platforms • Lead optimization, migration, and configuration of security policies, rules, and objects into Prisma Cloud • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of security platform migrations and integrations • Coordinate and execute production cutovers with minimal disruption • Provide technical guidance on software updates, platform upgrades, and security code enhancements • Collaborate with engineering teams on application and threat signatures • Partner with the Technical Assistance Center to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and customer support cases • Identify opportunities to improve security configurations, system integrations, and customers’ cloud security posture • Maintain technical documentation for configurations, implementations, migrations, and troubleshooting • Travel as needed for customer engagements, implementations, and project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience • Minimum of three years’ experience leading or implementing security solutions within large-scale enterprise environments • Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, managing, and maintaining Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud (formerly RedLock/Twistlock) • Experience in a Solutions Architect role, preferably with a background in DevOps engineering and cloud security architecture • Ability to present technical solutions, recommendations, and security strategies to executive leadership, customers, and technical stakeholders • Strong consulting skills and ability to assess customer requirements and business objectives • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud infrastructure, architecture, and security controls • Beginner-level or higher experience with Python scripting • Strong preference for Python and Prisma Cloud RQL experience • Intermediate to advanced experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including container security and orchestration • Familiarity with automation technologies and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to integrate security practices into DevOps workflows • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and remain effective in high-pressure environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams • Must be authorized to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship • Must be willing to submit to post-offer background checks and drug screens • Must not be on the HHS Office of Inspector General List of Excluded Individuals/Entities
