📋 Description

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams supporting enterprise telecommunications, contact center, workflow automation, and intelligent automation platforms • Build a culture focused on collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development • Coach and develop engineering talent and build future organizational capability • Define platform strategy, engineering roadmaps, and long-term technology direction • Lead platform engineering, modernization, lifecycle management, and operational excellence • Ensure platforms are secure, resilient, highly available, and compliant • Lead incident response, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives • Promote standardization, reusable platform capabilities, and engineering best practices • Partner with business leaders to improve customer and associate experiences and simplify business processes • Collaborate with Enterprise Technology on platform strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology priorities • Manage strategic vendors and managed service providers • Manage budgets, technology investments, contracts, and licensing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise engineering organizations and developing technical leaders • Success leading enterprise platforms through strategy, engineering, operations, and modernization • Experience balancing operational excellence with strategic transformation • Strong executive communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills • Experience managing strategic technology vendors and managed service providers • Experience working within Agile or similar delivery frameworks • Experience supporting secure, resilient enterprise technology platforms • Preferred experience with RingCentral, NICE CXone, or other enterprise telecommunications and contact center platforms • Preferred experience with Pega or similar workflow automation platforms • Preferred experience with UiPath or other intelligent automation platforms • Preferred experience with AI-enabled automation, intelligent document processing, workflow orchestration, or process mining • Preferred experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
