📋 Description

• Govern features, connectors, apps, plugins, extensions, agents, custom GPTs, and Skills across Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Microsoft 365 Copilot • Maintain approved allowlists, inventories, version control, ownership assignments, sharing defaults, and platform configuration baselines • Route new capabilities through security review, IT governance, and enterprise change control • Administer grounding and search data sources with documented data-owner approval and verified permissions • Execute phased feature rollouts and reassess governance at each stage • Coordinate managed deployment of desktop, browser, Office add-in, and extension clients with End User Computing • Serve as Level 2 escalation point for Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot incidents and service requests • Triage authentication, provisioning, entitlement, licensing, connector, integration, client, add-in, and content-filtering issues • Reproduce, document, and escalate confirmed platform defects to Anthropic, OpenAI, or Microsoft support • Maintain support knowledge bases, Level 1 triage scripts, known-error records, runbooks, escalation models, coverage rotations, and escalation matrices • Contribute to problem management, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and major-incident communications • Monitor audit and activity logging and support security-monitoring integrations • Administer retention settings and support validated Legal, Privacy, Information Security, eDiscovery, DLP, regulatory, risk, and audit requests • Maintain evidence for third-party risk, security, and privacy reviews • Enforce acceptable-use and data-handling standards • Produce recurring platform adoption analytics and consolidate metrics into a cross-platform view • Administer user surveys and deliver monthly operational reporting and quarterly business review inputs • Track support volume, ticket aging, first-contact resolution, and recurring failure themes • Support introductory sessions, department enablement, office hours, onboarding, LMS training, and the champion network • Maintain platform guidance, internal support and community channels, self-service resources, and approved prompts, Skills, GPTs, and agents • Deliver rollout-phase retrospectives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Five (5) or more years administering enterprise SaaS platforms in a regulated or large-enterprise environment • At least two years as a named Level 2 escalation owner • Hands-on administration experience in a Microsoft 365 tenant, including the Microsoft 365 admin center, licensing and service plan assignment, and integrated app or add-in governance • Working knowledge of enterprise single sign-on and SCIM provisioning concepts • Experience applying least-privilege principles to platform settings and integrations and operating within formal change control • Working experience in an ITSM platform; ServiceNow preferred • Ability to interpret audit logs and administrative analytics • Ability to use REST APIs for administrative tasks • Ability to write or adapt basic PowerShell or Python scripts • Command-line and terminal proficiency across Windows, macOS, and Linux/WSL • Strong technical writing skills and experience producing runbooks, knowledge articles, and operating policies • Ability to work across Information Security, IAM, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders • Ability to communicate technical constraints to non-technical audiences • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Travel as required
