📋 Description

• Process uncomplicated personal and commercial property claims within designated authority • Ensure claim files are properly documented and coded according to policy • Maintain action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and move files toward prompt resolution • Escalate issues as needed • Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities • Secure and dispose of salvage • Communicate claim actions and processing with insureds, clients, agents, or brokers • Perform other assigned duties • Support organizational quality programs • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Licenses as required • One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Claims industry experience preferred • Knowledge of construction basics is a plus • Ability to process personal and commercial property claims • Ability to meet state-required contact deadlines • Ability to identify and pursue subrogation opportunities • Ability to communicate with insureds, clients, agents, or brokers • Willingness to travel as required
