Rula supports 90+ conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. ), provides tools for scheduling and managing appointments, and offers resources like tests/quizzes and a provider directory spanning all 50 states. It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to providers • Build meaningful relationships with providers • Help providers get the most out of their partnership with Rula • Manage an individual portfolio/book of business • Use consultative problem-solving, relationship management, and data to understand provider goals • Remove barriers and identify opportunities to grow providers’ practices • Drive provider engagement, retention, and growth • Collaborate across teams to continuously improve the provider experience • Help providers build thriving practices and deliver measurable outcomes • Advance Rula’s mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone

🎯 Requirements

• Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or similar fields • Experience in an external customer-facing role where effective and succinct written and verbal communication is crucial • Experience working in a cross-functional professional environment with internal and external stakeholders • Experience independently maintaining an individual book of business, requiring strong organizational skills • Experience understanding, interpreting, communicating, and impacting key metrics • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce (preferred) • Experience in a high-growth start-up environment (preferred) • Experience working in healthcare (preferred) • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii • Must be currently eligible to work in the United States of America • Must not require visa sponsorship to continue working in the United States of America
