📋 Description

• Function as a dedicated consultative resource for Sales, Sales leadership, and customers focused on Microsoft solutions • Provide recommendations that best fit customer goals • Deliver industry-based insights focused on customer pain points and Microsoft modern solutions • Provide Microsoft Volume Licensing product, pricing, and program guidance • Manage inbound support requests from Account Managers in a timely fashion • Position Connection services offerings to support Microsoft adoption and utilization • Stay current on programs, technical knowledge, market trends, and operational models • Engage in Microsoft opportunity conversations with customers to build additional value and position Connection professional and managed services

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Knowledge of Microsoft lifecycle and renewals process • Familiarity with Microsoft Volume licensing • Comfort presenting to inside teams • Strong consultative skills • Ability to efficiently manage competing priorities • Superb communication skills • Excellent attention to detail
