📋 Description

• Manage the initial candidate identification and development process • Network with professionals and assist them in achieving their career objectives • Assess candidates’ skills against client needs • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm • Develop potential candidates through active networking within a wide range of organizations • Identify and network with multicultural leaders • Conduct preliminary phone screen evaluations of candidates • Communicate position profiles to potential candidates • Assess candidate skills against client needs through telephone interviews • Conduct reference checks on presented candidates • Work closely with lead consultants and Research Delivery/Operations • Demonstrate understanding of the full search process within the first 12 months • Carry a full search load of approximately 10 searches within the first 12 months • Appropriately assess potential candidate eligibility through telephone screening • Gain a firm understanding of the industry their practice operates in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s strongly preferred • 3+ years' experience in executive search, research capacity, recruitment, or industry-related experience • Significant previous experience and skill working with computer systems, databases, email, etc. • Strong assessment skills • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening) • Ability to develop potential candidates through active networking • Understanding of diversity and ability to identify and network with multicultural leaders • Ability to conduct preliminary phone screen evaluations • Ability to assess candidate skills against client needs through telephone interviews • Ability to conduct reference checks • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and use resources effectively • Ability to work collaboratively • Ability to live the WittKieffer values
