📋 Description

• Serve as a sourcing expert for an assigned class of goods or services • Create, launch, manage, and close RFPs for new suppliers or services • Review and consolidate existing suppliers, deactivate unused suppliers, remove redundancies, and identify consolidation opportunities • Review expiring contracts and engage suppliers to ensure timely new agreements • Capture and load all contracts into the assigned database • Review active suppliers and ensure contracts and terms are captured in the database for reporting • Work on sourcing-focused special projects involving large-scale change across multiple departments and colleagues • Lead, negotiate, and contract new and renewal supplier agreements • Track contract negotiations and save generated contracts in the assigned database • Serve as an internal and external escalation point for supplier questions and issues • Support the organization's quality programs • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Experience with P2P platforms preferred • Experience with Power BI preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiating skills • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines • Qualified candidates must be located within the United States
