⢠Support various contracts and agreements, including fixed price, cost reimbursement, prime, sublevel, FAR Part 12/15, OTA, international, and civil contracts ⢠Focus on US Government traditional contract structures and standardize processes for maximum throughput ⢠Collaborate cross-functionally to support and guide the capture process for new opportunities ⢠Ensure continued execution of existing agreements ⢠Assess, disposition, and flow down FAR and DFARs requirements and commercial terms and conditions for solicitations and contracts ⢠Support the full contract life cycle across multiple programs, including solicitation assessment, proposal strategy and compilation, audit and negotiation, contract operation and change management, customer relationship maintenance, claims and disputes administration, and contract closeout ⢠Maintain commitment to compliance, quality, and timeliness ⢠Participate in special projects as assigned ⢠Partner with the business across multiple functions to meet business objectives while balancing customer expectations
⢠Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ⢠5-7 years of experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution ⢠Experience with administration of Federal Acquisition Regulations, with emphasis in Parts 12 and 15, and the aligned DoD Regulation Supplement ⢠Experience evaluating risk against commercial terms and conditions ⢠Experience briefing stakeholders including cross functional team members and functional leadership ⢠Periodic travel required ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and influencing skills ⢠Ability to analyze and resolve problems ⢠Advocate for continuous improvement and Flight Deck fundamentals ⢠Ability to execute independently or with minimal supervision when appropriate ⢠Ability to obtain security clearance ⢠Project management and other leadership skills ⢠U.S. Person status required for access to U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status ⢠Legally authorized to work in the United States ⢠Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable) ⢠May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
