âą Perform comprehensive quality reviews of personal and commercial lines claim files with varying severity up to approximately $300,000 âą Execute the quality assurance program using Xactimate and Symbility âą Interpret policy and client guidelines to ensure claims compliance âą Guide field colleagues on required revisions âą Complete revisions using Xactimate and/or Symbility âą Document review findings according to team processes âą Identify and provide training and improvement opportunities to the Team Lead âą Coordinate with the Analyst Team on Sedgwick business unit and national quality initiatives âą Provide feedback to the Team Lead for performance management reviews and group training âą Maintain technical claims handling, estimating, and jurisdictional expertise âą Perform other duties as assigned âą Travel as required
âą Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred âą Must be eligible to be a licensed All-Lines adjuster âą Completion of industry-related training course(s) preferred âą Five (5) years of related experience âą Three (3) years of claims handling experience âą Three (3) years at an advanced technical level as a file reviewer of personal and commercial claims, or equivalent combination of education and experience âą Strong knowledge of claims handling and file review practices and procedures âą Experience with quality and auditing processes âą Proficiency in electronic estimating using Xactimate or Symbility âą Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills âą PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products and digital resources âą Analytical and interpretive skills âą Strong organizational skills âą Ability to navigate virtual meeting, screen sharing, and collaboration applications âą Ability to thrive in a remote work environment âą Excellent interpersonal skills âą Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports âą Ability to work in a team environment âą Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
