• To develop, implement and evaluate human factors/ergonomic program strategies; • to develop and deliver educational programs and materials; • to serve as liaison to internal and external groups for human factors/ergonomics issues and opportunities; • and to provide guidance in human factors/ergonomics issues and development.
• Bachelor's degree with major in engineering, ergonomics, psychology or related field from an accredited college or university preferred. • Advance degree and/or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP), Certified Industrial Ergonomist (CIE) or Certified Human Factors Engineering Professional (CHFEP) certification strongly preferred. • Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required to include five (5) years experience in progressive ergonomics role.
