📋 Description

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Cloud ERP Sourcing and Procurement and MM processes • Review Digital Discovery Assessments and define scope and Fit-to-Standard workshop plans • Participate in and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, documenting requirements, process decisions, and functional gaps in SAP Cloud ALM • Configure end-to-end purchasing, sourcing, procurement, supplier management, goods receipt, invoice verification, and MM processes • Configure purchasing organization structures, material master data, inventory management, stock transfers, and goods movements • Ensure integration with FI/CO, PP, and WM Lines of Business • Work with business users and supply-chain teams to translate requirements into SAP Cloud ERP standard solutions • Define gap-resolution approaches through configuration, key-user adaptations, or SAP BTP-based extensions while avoiding custom development • Lead functional testing and coordinate UAT planning and execution • Support data migration and cutover for procurement and MM master data and open items • Assist ERP transformation and migration projects • Coordinate third-party vendors, project resources, workload distribution, and consultant teams • Follow SAP Activate practices and maintain documentation in SAP Cloud ALM • Collaborate with presales architects and sales representatives on estimations and solution scoping • Provide post-go-live hypercare, end-user training, and continuous process-improvement recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP consultant in the Sourcing and Procurement and Materials Management (MM) Lines of Business • Demonstrated hands-on experience in full end-to-end SAP Cloud ERP implementations or migrations • Deep understanding of procure-to-pay processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, source assignment, contract management, supplier management, goods receipt, and invoice verification • Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Central Business Configuration for Sourcing and Procurement and MM processes • Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshop participation • Proficiency in SAP Cloud ALM for requirements documentation, open item tracking, and test management • Strong understanding of integration between Sourcing and Procurement / MM and FI/CO, PP, and WM • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or C2) for business-level conversations • Excellent workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and process documentation skills • Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, PPT • Remote role with occasional travel; up to 30% travel expected • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent time-management and organizational skills • If based in the USA, active work visa or work permit allowing hiring or contracting • If based outside the USA, ability to be contracted as an independent service provider and bill for services to the USA • Active visa allowing travel to the USA • Preferred: SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Sourcing and Procurement (C_S4CPR_2508) • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or an IT-related field • Preferred: +8 years of experience in ERP software solutions • Preferred: Experience supporting migrations from any ERP platform to SAP Cloud ERP • Preferred: Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP Ariba • Preferred: Located in LATAM countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico, or in Central or North America • Preferred: Bilingual Spanish • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP Signavio Process Navigator
