📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of demo engineers. • Partner closely with SE leadership to align GPS roadmap. • Own the strategy, architecture, and maintenance of demo environments. • Evaluate, select, implement demo automation platforms and tooling. • Lead the integration of AI capabilities into demo environments and tooling. • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing. • Build and manage the GPS project portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical sales enablement at a B2B SaaS company, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. • Demonstrated, hands-on experience with demo automation technology and platforms. • Fluency in enterprise AI concepts, including agentic AI. • Proven project management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical mindset. • Experience working across product, engineering, and marketing organizations. • Knowledge of SaaS architecture and enterprise buying cycles. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
