📋 Description

• Receive real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads • Sell final expense whole life insurance • Compare products from top A-rated carriers • Provide unbiased product recommendations based on customer needs • Use proprietary software to analyze the best product match for consumers • Deliver immediate decisions at the point of sale • Maintain customer conversations while navigating multiple systems and finding critical information • Work high-volume hours during peak season • Pursue sales performance through uncapped commissions and performance-based incentives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required • 1 year of telesales experience preferred • Must possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Job stability required; track record in career progression preferred • Hardwired high-speed internet with minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps required • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Commission-driven • Coachable and humble, with eagerness to learn and accept constructive criticism • Competitive, self-motivated personality • Positive attitude and leadership qualities • Flexibility to commit to high-volume hours during peak season • Technology skills, including use of proprietary CRM, multiple screens, and multiple systems • Must be able to overcome customer objections and achieve sales goals
