📋 Description

• Serves as day-to-day delivery lead on client engagements, applying subject-matter expertise directly to client work • Oversees quality, timeliness, and accuracy of deliverables • Holds sub-P&L responsibility for assigned clients, products, or geography • Identifies and pursues opportunities to expand scope with existing clients • Supports proposal development and scoping conversations • Manages and develops direct reports; oversees staffing and workload • Acts as a trusted liaison for internal and external executive stakeholders • Monitors KPIs including utilization, client satisfaction, and project outcomes • Identifies industry trends to inform service innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, business, or economics • Advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, business, economics, or MBA preferred • At least 15 years combined experience in Medicaid and public healthcare policy management and/or the healthcare consulting industry • Demonstrated business development and account-growth experience; strategy consulting experience preferred • Experience managing large or complex projects; able to manage several projects simultaneously • Recognized leader in the health care industry with demonstrated expertise in strategy and management • Seasoned experience across complex managed care populations • Experience leading negotiations in complex situations • People management experience preferred • Working knowledge of managed care financing and rate-setting concepts is expected • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
