📋 Description

• Become an expert on Semgrep and integrate its platform into the software development lifecycle • Own the technical aspects of the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customer education • Help customers identify and understand security vulnerabilities and build systems to detect and prevent them • Explain how Semgrep is differentiated in speed, accuracy, and flexibility • Champion customer needs internally to guide product and development teams • Reduce customer friction through automation, process refinement, and externally consumed content • Work directly with customers to understand goals and challenges, integrate products and services, and maximize value

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English • Interest in helping people solve challenging technical problems • 5-8 years working with customers in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support • Deep understanding of developer workflows and build systems • Experience with CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps • Exposure to application security, vulnerability management, and static analysis programs • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar technical field; boot-camp completion or equivalent practical experience • Must be able to work in the United States; remote hiring is currently available only in specified states • Sponsorship question required for work within the United States
