📋 Description

• Become an expert on Semgrep and integrate its platform into the software development lifecycle • Own the technical aspects of the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept delivery, and customer education • Help customers identify and understand security vulnerabilities and build systems to detect and prevent them • Explain how Semgrep differentiates its platform for application security programs • Champion customer needs internally to guide product and development teams • Reduce customer friction by building automation, refining processes, and creating external content

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in English • Interest in helping people solve challenging technical problems • 5–8 years working with customers in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support • Deep understanding of developer workflows and build systems • Experience with CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps • Exposure to application security, vulnerability management, and static analysis programs • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar technical field, boot-camp completion, or equivalent practical experience • Must answer whether sponsorship will be required to work within the United States
