📋 Description

• Develop ownership of team revenue, profitability, Net Profit Margin, and overall business-unit performance • Build and maintain a stable, productive, high-performing team • Coach and develop team members through structured 1:1s, feedback, performance management, and professional development • Participate in hiring, onboarding, staffing, team composition, and talent decisions • Monitor provider- and team-level performance through KPIs, dashboards, and operating systems • Identify performance, capacity, retention, and operational risks and develop corrective actions • Reinforce clinical, documentation, scheduling, and operational standards • Partner with Clinical Excellence to address training and competency gaps • Manage workflows, priorities, accountability, and execution across the team • Develop financial judgment and understanding of staffing, production, revenue, expenses, and profitability • Build leadership judgment, communication, and decision-making capability for independent Lead-level responsibility • Exercise supervisory authority over direct reports and progressively increasing authority for business-unit P&L, hiring, performance management, team composition, FTE, productive capacity, workflows, and operating execution • Performance is evaluated through Team Net Profit Margin, Team Revenue, Team Retention, and Productive Capacity

• Demonstrated leadership readiness and the ability to coach, develop, influence, and lead others • Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through • Sound judgment and clear, professional communication • Ability to understand and use performance data and metrics to guide decisions • Strong business and operational judgment • Capability and interest in financial and business-unit performance • Ability to identify problems, take action, and appropriately escalate higher-level issues • Coachability and the ability to receive and apply feedback • Professional maturity and effectiveness in high-accountability situations • Ability to operate with progressively greater independence • Candidates must demonstrate capability required for the Junior Lead role • Credential-dependent responsibilities are subject to applicable credential, licensure, and scope-of-practice requirements • Junior Leads must complete at least four quarters in the role before becoming eligible for evaluation for advancement to Lead • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
