📋 Description

• Research and resolve telephone inquiries from members or patients • Handle incoming calls concerning member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payment issues • Update patient billing information • Establish payment plans • Resolve payment inquiries • Handle patient scheduling needs • Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED • 2 years of customer service experience REQUIRED • Previous data entry experience REQUIRED • Call center experience highly preferred • Healthcare background preferred, including pre-authorization, insurance eligibility, referrals, billing, or claims • EPIC experience is a plus • Ability to work standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday • Must reside in Virginia for this remote role
