📋 Description

• Optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications • Support digital communication campaigns and electronic marketing programs • Set up, execute, and analyze CRM marketing and sales programs • Collect, organize, segment, analyze, score, and model data • Create and manage databases, performance reports, and customer analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in digital marketing and analytics • Experience using SQL • Experience working in the healthcare industry • Experience using Salesforce • Advanced working knowledge of CRM systems and digital analytics tools • Experience in a multi-channel marketing environment • Digital Analyst Certification preferred • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred • Microsoft Certified Power BI preferred • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) preferred
