📋 Description

• Coordinate AI learning projects end-to-end, support learning needs analysis, measure outcomes through SMART goals, and support learning efforts from planning through execution • Research, evaluate, and recommend productivity tools and software solutions • Identify challenges and opportunities for AI upskilling and reskilling across departments to standardize AI literacy and proficiency • Evaluate and maintain AI-powered tools and learning solutions, supporting implementation, integration, and user adoption • Promote and coordinate change management for adoption of AI-enabled operational habits, automated workflows, and technologies • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure initiative impact, and generate regular leadership reports • Contribute to a centralized knowledge base that promotes information sharing and reduces redundant effort

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience as an AI Learning professional or project manager managing learning projects and training engagements, preferably in technology or cybersecurity • Proficiency with AI applications and productivity platforms • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday • Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack or Teams • Experience with automation tools such as Workato, Make, or n8n • Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM • Proficiency developing adult-learning materials using blended methods, including eLearning, webinars, video tutorials, and presentations • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and facilitate training for global audiences • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships across a global organization • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with close attention to detail • Ability to analyze training metrics and provide actionable insights • Knowledge of advanced tooling and AI-based models that enhance productivity • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset • A degree in HR, Business, Education, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • Familiarity with cybersecurity industry challenges and common operational workflows is preferred • Experience working in a global or distributed team environment is preferred • PMP, Artificial Intelligence leader/practitioner, or other relevant certifications is preferred
