📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain learning solutions using the ADDIE model or comparable frameworks • Select instructional strategies and build eLearning courses, job aids, videos, assessments, and other learning assets using Articulate Rise and other authoring tools • Design and deliver sales-readiness training, including onboarding/ramp programs, product and process training, and ongoing skill-building • Conduct learning needs assessments with sales leaders and subject matter experts • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to drive retention and behavior change • Support customer education by developing customer-facing learning content • Gather content from stakeholders and SMEs, validate accuracy, and keep materials aligned with current product, process, and sales messaging • Evaluate learning programs using feedback, assessment data, and business metrics, then iterate on content • Maintain and update learning content as products, processes, and sales methodologies evolve • Manage multiple learning projects from concept through development, review, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience applying the ADDIE model or similar instructional design frameworks such as SAM • Hands-on experience building courses in Articulate Rise • Background in or working knowledge of sales enablement, including sales cycles, ramp/onboarding programs, and sales readiness • Background in or working knowledge of customer education and product adoption content • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices • Experience conducting learning needs assessments and translating findings into learning strategies • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with SMEs, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders • Experience in a SaaS or technology company's Learning & Development or Sales Enablement function preferred
