• Assist the development and execution of all benefit programs. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Manage relationships with vendors and brokers. • Develop and improve HR processes (including onboarding and orientation) • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Provide guidance and support to employees on company related matters. • Develop and deliver presentations on various learning content. • Oversee the Workday learning ecosystem. • Work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates. • Source effectively for industry leading candidates. • Partner with individual managers to ensure the delivery of all recruiting aspects. • Manage all stages of the hiring process for various roles. • Own and schedule for multiple positions.
• 2+ Years of Experience; Bachelor’s degree • Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Efficient time management to meet tight deadlines. • Ability to identify and address challenges in the recruitment process. • Proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
