âą Serve as a primary point of contact for teammate questions and requests. âą Manage the Zendesk service desk queue. âą Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, documentation, and general People Operations administration. âą Partner closely with People Strategy Partners to provide operational support. âą Maintain accurate employee records, process documentation, and People Operations resources. âą Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the teammate experience. âą Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires. âą Facilitate engaging onboarding sessions. âą Develop and maintain onboarding resources, playbooks, and checklists. âą Partner with IT, Finance, and Hiring Managers for onboarding experience. âą Coordinate onboarding logistics and required documentation. âą Track onboarding metrics and new hire feedback. âą Serve as the primary People Team contact for workplace operations across Gainsight's global office locations. âą Partner with local office contacts and vendors to support workplace needs. âą Coordinate office-related projects and manage workplace vendors.
âą 4-6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, or a related field. âą Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and teammate support. âą Experience planning and executing employee engagement programs, events, recognition initiatives, or culture-building activities. âą Experience managing vendors, budgets, workplace operations, or office-related programs. âą Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences. âą Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. âą Strong written and verbal communication skills. âą Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. âą Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and take action independently. âą Experience working cross-functionally with People teams, IT, Finance, and business leaders. âą Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
