📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the accounting team by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring deadlines and company goals are met • Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable • Prepare and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements • Develop and monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and manage cash flow • Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax laws, and other regulations • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures • Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to senior management • Manage internal and external audits, implement financial controls, and ensure proper documentation • Collaborate with other departments and senior management to support the company's financial goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2 Year Degree • Strong leadership and management skills • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, IFRS, and relevant tax laws • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in accounting software and systems, including examples such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is stated; master's degree and CPA certification are often preferred
