📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted, collaborative partner with Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, and the Redwood leadership team • Manage the monthly close process across GL, AR, AP, Cash, Payroll, Banking, Inter-Company, and Allocations • Ensure all general ledger reconciliations are complete and variances are actively managed • Manage corporate reporting requirements for lenders and private equity firm requirements • Participate in year-end consolidated and statutory audits and required statutory filings across jurisdictions, with focus on Netherlands local GAAP • Maintain best-of-breed ERP systems and underlying policies to provide critical financial information for senior and executive leadership decision-making • Drive transformational changes through automation and AI • Participate in M&A activities, including purchase price accounting, change management, and financial system integrations • Manage ASC 606-compliant deferred revenue monthly reporting and GAAP-to-First Year Values walk with FP&A • Oversee inter-company balances and manage transfer pricing calculations and remittance • Use financial management practices and KPI metrics to support profitable growth • Build, mentor, and lead a talented team focused on business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a complex, international, fast-paced, high-growth software or technology company • University degree and/or an MBA in finance or business with an accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) • 3–5 years of Workday Financial G/L System experience and Salesforce experience • Experience with companies over $200M revenue and growing • Strong US GAAP, SaaS metrics, inter-company charges, and transfer pricing knowledge • Strong understanding of recurring revenue and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition for Contracts • M&A integration experience • Experience with direct and indirect tax is a plus • Experience with the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, India, and Canada is a plus • Ability to translate functional business needs into technical requirements and business process design • Proficiency with Workday Financial General Ledger, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Slack • Ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making by business owners • Ability to continuously improve the organization’s financial acumen and processes • Strong communication skills and ethical, open, transparent, and respectful conduct • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment • Consultative and collaborative approach • Strategic mindset and ability to drive change effectively
