📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations and month-end close, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, fixed assets and capital expenditures, payroll, and cash management • Build and utilize AI workflows and tools, agents, and process flows to eliminate manual work • Leverage ERP automation and adjacent tools such as AP automation and close management software • Drive accounting process improvements across entities for efficiency and scalability • Develop scalable internal controls and maintain a SOX-ready control framework • Manage and improve company financial reporting • Analyze financial data and present accounting insights to leadership • Collaborate with FP&A, Strategic Finance, Sales, and other business partners on financial analysis, insights, and budget preparation • Provide BvA analysis, insights, and recommended process improvements to stakeholders • Support annual audit and tax compliance; liaise with external auditors and manage PBC requests, timelines, and technical accounting matters • Assist with accounting KPIs and performance tracking • Monitor applicable accounting pronouncements and implement changes to financial reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Active CPA license • Public accounting firm experience required (Big 4 or large regional firm); audit background strongly preferred • Industry (corporate/private company) accounting experience required in addition to public accounting firm background • At least 5-7 years of progressive accounting and managerial experience • Experience building and utilizing AI workflows and agents to automate everyday tasks • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Data mindset • Hard-working and high-intensity mindset
