📋 Description

• Oversee and support CAS staff • Prepare, review, and analyze GAAP and tax-basis financial statements • Communicate financial results directly to business owners • Troubleshoot bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounts • Manage fixed asset registers, accrual schedules, prepaid assets, debt schedules, and other balance sheet accounts • Prepare month-end and year-end schedules for external auditors • Lead special cleanup projects and implement streamlined reporting processes • Analyze results, identify trends, and provide recommendations supporting client growth • Handle client billings and prepare financial statement footnotes • Manage monthly and annual filings, including 1099s, property tax, and sales tax • Support client onboarding by developing dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports • Provide advisory guidance and strategic support to clients • Lead accounts payable and accounts receivable functions across multiple clients • Review reconciliations, troubleshoot system challenges, and prepare reports tied to the general ledger

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant experience • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Bill.com, and Expensify • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to highly accurate work • Ability to balance multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients and teammates • Sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions or escalate issues appropriately • Collaborative working style with ability to take ownership • Eligibility to work in the U.S. for any employer • Ability to provide proof of work eligibility and identification • Must be 18 years of age or older
