📋 Description

• Set the direction for plumbing operations across the U.S., aligning divisional priorities with company goals • Lead, coach, and develop Plumbing Managers across regions • Identify opportunities to expand plumbing services, improve operational performance, and strengthen market presence • Develop and execute national plumbing business development strategies supporting revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability • Monitor operational and financial performance using data analytics • Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, Training, and executive leadership on growth and customer-outcome initiatives • Establish operational readiness strategy and oversight, ensuring field teams have necessary tools, equipment, processes, and resources • Develop and enhance plumbing training, onboarding, and development programs • Provide guidance on complex plumbing issues, field challenges, technical questions, and operational issues • Establish and communicate plumbing standards, best practices, and troubleshooting resources • Partner with business development teams to identify service opportunities and support plumbing growth • Oversee development and improvement of plumbing price books • Provide operational expertise and field insights for incentive programs • Evaluate plumbing products, services, and offerings and recommend updates • Create and launch promotions, contests, and other initiatives supporting business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 10+ years • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
