📋 Description

• Support Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales • Guide revenue for an assigned product with Sales, Product Management, and executive team support • Provide technical and domain expertise as part of a client-facing sales team • Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges • Deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer needs • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues • Provide product management feedback on enhancements addressing customer needs • Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants • Maintain current competitive analysis and market differentiation knowledge • Support executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions • Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts • Willingness to travel as necessary
