📋 Description

• Lead services delivery execution for Security and Risk customers across the US and Canada • Manage senior-level technical consultants and Business Process Consultants • Deliver strategic transformation initiatives and customer implementations • Lead programmatic rollout of AI-powered security and risk automation capabilities with the Acceleration & Modernization team • Develop and execute a business plan for Security and Risk Services across the Americas • Drive best-practice development, adoption, and new product introduction with Product Excellence • Lead regional sales strategies and achieve or exceed services revenue targets • Monitor security trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risk management opportunities • Build executive relationships with CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, CIOs, and business transformation leaders • Establish and manage delivery quality standards from sales support through hyper-care • Shape security and risk transformation roadmaps and optimize risk management processes • Monitor delivery metrics and team performance to improve efficiency and consultant productivity • Drive collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Excellence Group, Marketing, Training, Sales Enablement, and Partner organizations • Lead alignment with technology and implementation partners • Mentor consultants and partner ecosystem resources • Represent ServiceNow in industry communities and regulatory bodies • Travel up to 40% annually based on business and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise Security Services, Risk Management Consulting, Customer Success, and Governance Risk & Compliance • Extensive consulting experience within global, enterprise-scale organizations • Experience delivering solutions across security operations, risk management, and compliance domains at scale • Deep understanding of the security and risk management landscape, ServiceNow platform capabilities, industry competitors, trends, and regulatory requirements • Experience leading and scaling technical consulting teams and delivery organizations, particularly in cloud-based and SaaS security and risk management solutions • Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements and strategic transformation initiatives • Proven ability to consult, influence, and establish credibility with executive-level stakeholders • Exceptional people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and talent development • Ability to lead and inspire direct and matrixed teams • Dedication to customer success, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement • Extensive experience delivering customer success and services in the security and risk domain • ServiceNow security and risk management experience and certifications are highly desirable • Strong passion for technology and digital transformation • Ability to communicate complex security and risk management solutions to technical and non-technical audiences • Outstanding organizational, time management, written, verbal, and presentation skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Training, Sales, Sales Enablement, and external partner organizations is a plus
