📋 Description

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap across Developer Reach, Developer Sandboxes, Agentic Testing, and Release Ops • Define how product areas compose into one lifecycle from authored change to governed, audited deployment • Build, lead, and develop a team of PMs, one per area • Set standards for product craft and coach PMs on strategy and execution • Set product direction for validating AI-originated change at scale • Drive the Developer Reach strategy, including building in production with admin control, guardrails, and reversibility • Define the sandbox strategy covering provisioning speed, production parity, data handling, and developer experience • Own the release governance path end to end and define deployment gating models • Shape metering and cost-modeling strategy with Pricing & Packaging and Finance • Build triage discipline for escalations across a broad product surface • Use agentic coding tools directly and build and deploy against ServiceNow products • Navigate cross-business-unit governance and ownership disputes • Translate technical tradeoffs into strategy for engineers and executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 12+ years of product management experience • Experience leading and growing a team of PMs • Track record of independently setting technical strategy • Track record of developing PMs and raising product thinking and execution standards • Deep experience owning developer platform, DevOps, or SDLC products at enterprise scale • Experience with CI/CD, test automation, environment management, release orchestration, or change management • Hands-on technical comfort, including reading code and reasoning about system architecture • Direct, regular personal use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf • Experience with enterprise change-management or release-governance systems • Ideally, experience with test strategy at scale • Familiarity with environment and infrastructure provisioning, ephemeral environments, production parity, and data seeding or masking • Working knowledge of agentic development workflows • Ability to build and defend an executive-level strategic case • Ability to navigate cross-business-unit governance and ownership disputes at VP and SVP level • Ability to run a high-volume operational surface while pursuing multi-year strategy • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Must be based in the United States; California is specified as the state location
