📋 Description

• Build solution-ready LLM-enabled applications spanning backend logic, data orchestration, and front-end UI • Work side-by-side with customers in the field to adapt, deploy, and iterate in live environments • Codify reusable assets including libraries, prompts, and scaffolds • Share feedback with platform and product teams to shape developer experience • Deliver production-ready solutions in agile, end-to-end sprints • Engineer APIs, orchestration pipelines, vector databases, LLM frameworks, and UI components • Integrate with legacy systems and ship safely at speed in ambiguous environments • Build scaffolds, SDKs, and documentation to scale success across customers • Inform product strategy through field-tested insights and extensible code • Lead implementations from zero to one with architects, product managers, and customer teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience • 2+ years building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • Ability to design and implement AI-native software in production environments • Strength in backend technologies: Python, Node.js, Java • Strength in frontend technologies: React, Angular • Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs • Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt chaining, vector search, and context management • Skill in debugging distributed systems, tuning for latency, and implementing monitoring • Ability to contribute to shared SDKs and tools • Product sensibility focused on user value, MVP iteration, and long-term scale • Experience deploying in AWS, Azure, or GCP with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code • Ability to travel up to 30% to embed onsite • Preferred: experience integrating AI into SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce • Preferred: production deployments in secure, regulated enterprise environments • Preferred: contributions to developer experience tooling, frameworks, or reusable AI scaffolds
