📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients • Lead customers through a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks • Define and implement technical account strategies • Build a network of technical champions within customer accounts • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions • Work with Enterprise Account Executives and hands-on resources building proofs of concept and demonstrating Databricks products • Apply ML and AI to use cases in High Tech and Manufacturing • Provide structured mentorship to team members • Earn peer respect through experience, insight, and contributions

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced pre-sales professional with a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven • Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts • Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud • Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data • Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java • Proficiency establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within an account • Experience forming relationships with executives and influencers • Ability to present a convincing point of view to important decision-makers • Databricks Certification is nice to have • If access to export-controlled technology or source code is required, employment may depend on U.S. government licensing discretion
