📋 Description

• Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations of the Armis agentless platform • Deploy proof-of-value installations • Lead technical training sessions based on proof-of-value findings • Support marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements • Address prospect needs throughout the engagement process • Collaborate with teammates and make a significant individual contribution • Support customers through troubleshooting • Develop new use cases for internal and external consumption • Create prospect-facing documentation • Support the sales process and Sales AEs/RSMs

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of experience in technical positions, ideally for a cybersecurity vendor • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions • Experience as an SE, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect • Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies • Track record of owning complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes • Experience closing complex cybersecurity SaaS solutions with enterprise customers • Experience supporting Sales AEs/RSMs • Knowledge of one or more of: IoT, OT, IoMT, wireless technologies, Linux operating systems, virtualized environments, network technologies • Utility scripting; Python preferred • Willingness/ability to travel up to 40% on average • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
