📋 Description

• Support planning and scoping of operational and integrated audits across business and IT operations • Complete audit assignments efficiently and timely • Conduct walkthroughs, evaluate process design, and perform controls testing across business processes and IT systems • Deliver quality audit work papers supporting and substantiating audit observations • Identify repetitive audit lifecycle steps and build AI-enabled solutions, including prompt workflows, AI agents, scripts, and data pipelines • Use data analytics and AI to test full populations, identify control gaps, quantify risk exposure, and deliver data-driven insights to management • Document and share automation solutions and help shape Internal Audit’s AI playbook • Draft audit issues and develop valid conclusions for Internal Audit reports • Consider implementation requirements, cost, and stakeholder feedback when developing recommendations • Communicate audit status, escalations, issues, and reporting to audit leads • Track management actions for Audit Committee reporting • Participate in major business initiatives and advise the business on risks, controls, and change initiatives • Contribute to Internal Audit methodology, automation, and reporting, including ServiceNow IRM • Engage internal stakeholders and develop relationships while representing the Internal Audit function

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-year degree (or US equivalent) from an accredited university; degree in Management Information Systems, Finance and Accounting strongly preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, including 3 years at a public accounting firm • Experience in internal auditing, external auditing, SOX, operations and process improvement • Experience auditing IT general controls, application controls, and business operational processes • Understanding of data governance and privacy compliance • Ability to apply system architecture knowledge to reviewed processes • Understanding of risks and controls in modern technology environments • Awareness of AI/GenAI governance and model risk considerations • Builder track record, such as creating a tool, automation, script, or AI workflow that solved a real work problem • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools beyond basic chat, including custom prompts, agents, or automated workflows • Good understanding of business and operations • Strong analytical and project management skills • Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI • Experience with SAP preferred • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including root cause analysis • Excellent verbal, written, oral communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with minimal oversight • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including IRM modules, preferred • At least one certification: CISA, CISM, CIA, or CPA • Exposure to a high-growth and/or rapidly changing technology enterprise preferred
