📋 Description

• Support planning and scoping of operational and integrated audits across business and IT operations • Complete audit assignments efficiently and timely • Conduct walkthroughs, evaluate process design, and perform controls testing across business processes and IT systems • Deliver quality audit work papers supporting audit observations • Identify repetitive audit-lifecycle steps and build AI-enabled solutions, prompt workflows, AI agents, scripts, or data pipelines • Use data analytics and AI to test full populations, identify control gaps, quantify risk exposure, and deliver data-driven insights • Document and share reusable tools and help shape Internal Audit’s AI playbook • Draft audit issues and develop conclusions that improve processes and internal controls • Communicate audit status, escalations, issues, and reporting to audit leads • Track management actions for Audit Committee reporting • Participate in major business initiatives and advise on risks, controls, and change initiatives • Contribute to Internal Audit methodology, automation, reporting, and ServiceNow IRM implementation • Engage internal stakeholders and represent the Internal Audit function

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-year degree (or US equivalent) from an accredited university; degree in Management Information Systems, Finance and Accounting strongly preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, with 3 years at a public accounting firm (Big 4 or national consulting firm preferred) • Experience in internal auditing, external auditing, SOX, operations and process improvement • Experience auditing IT general controls, application controls, and business operational processes • Experience with integrated technology and business-process audits • Understanding of data governance and privacy compliance • System architecture knowledge applicable to reviewed processes • Understanding of risks and controls in modern technology environments • Awareness of AI/GenAI governance and model risk considerations • Experience building a tool, automation, script, or AI workflow that solved a real problem • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot beyond basic chat • Custom prompts, agents, or automated workflows experience • Strong understanding of business and operations • Strong analytical and project management skills • Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI • Experience with SAP preferred • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including root cause analysis • Excellent verbal, written, oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal oversight • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including IRM modules, a strong plus • At least one of: CISA, CISM, CIA, CPA • Exposure to a high-growth and/or rapidly changing technology enterprise preferred
