📋 Description

• Consult customers on implementing ServiceNow Risk, Security, and Operations Technology Management solutions • Solve customer challenges and support sales cycles • Engage directly with customers and partners and advocate for customer needs within ServiceNow • Lead pre-sales activities, including sales presentations, solutioning and scoping workshops, SOW documentation, project scope, change-order triggers, and engagement sizing • Serve as a lead member of engagement project teams focused on customer outcomes and interconnectivity between Workflow applications and customer technology landscapes • Advise customers on governance leading practices and implementation roadmaps • Interact with senior leadership, including CXOs, on implementation roadmaps and change management • Collaborate with Platform Architect teams to identify proactive platform risks in customer environments • Serve as practice director on marquee Security, Risk, and OT accounts • Lead delivery teams and provide delivery oversight, technical expertise, and accountability for delivery standards • Design and deliver ServiceNow OTM solutions aligned with technical standards and leading practices • Build relationships with Security, Risk, and OTM product owners and stakeholders • Lead office hours, presentations, webinars, and learning events for field delivery stakeholders • Promote continuous improvement of delivery and engagement materials • Enable and mentor ServiceNow delivery teams and partner ecosystem members • Create documentation and service offerings to promote services • Work in other Risk and Security areas as needed to maintain utilization KPI • Travel up to 20% annually based on customer needs and internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • Industry domain experience in Security, Risk, and Operational Technology (OT) • Industry domain expertise in ITOM ServiceNow modules, including event management, Discovery, CMDB, and Service Graph Connectors • Familiarity with risk and security regulatory guidelines and industry standards such as FFIEC, SEC, OCC, FDNY, and SOX • Familiarity with Purdue Model and ISA-95/IEC 62443 segmentation concepts • Familiarity with virtualization and hypervisors, including VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and KVM • Familiarity with ICS/OT protocols, including Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA/DA, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Siemens S7, and BACnet • Working knowledge of NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, C2M2, or industry-specific frameworks • Understanding of security zoning, segmentation, and zero-trust concepts in OT • Working knowledge of configuring network data feeds, including mirror ports, taps, and ERSPAN, and validating data visibility • 12+ years of experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience • Controls engineering or OT network security background is a plus • Ability to run projects independently and drive complex issues through analysis and resolution • Experience working collaboratively across technology software platforms • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult senior leaders and provide thought leadership • Customer-centric approach and ability to work with technical and non-technical customers • Ability to gather technical and business requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions • Ability to develop visually rich conceptual design documents for varied audiences • Experience conducting solution presentations and obtaining customer acceptance • Ability to build trust and engage remote or in-person audiences • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids • Ability to conceptualize and design wireframes, workflows, and diagrams • Willingness to continually study new technologies and functionality • Certified Technical Architect certification required or must be achieved within the first 365 days • Ability to acquire and maintain required ServiceNow certifications within the first 90 days, including CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications for CMDB Fundamentals, Security Incident Response, and Integrated Risk Management
