📋 Description

• Develop and configure custom ServiceNow solutions within client instances • Participate in scoping sessions and propose solutions aligned with best practices • Work directly with clients to clarify requirements and deliver technical outcomes • Conduct code / development reviews and provide feedback to junior developers • Ensure high-quality delivery in alignment with ServiceNow standards & best practices • Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies in current processes, flows, or scripts • Support documentation, deployment, upgrade and transition efforts • Act as a subject matter expert in assigned modules or technical areas • Contribute to continuous improvement within the Committed Capacity team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow experience • Experience working for a ServiceNow Partner- good to have but not a requirement • Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Certified Application Developer (CAD) • 2+ additional CIS certifications • 5+ micro-certifications • Strong understanding of multiple ServiceNow modules and scripting • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams • Led or contributed significantly to 2 or more client implementations or sustained support efforts • Strong problem-solving / troubleshooting skillset with a proven record of success.
